Power cycle your PS4. Another way to fix the wrong space warning is to power cycle your PS4. Power cycling can clear the system cache which might cause storage insufficiency on PS4. In addition, it also drains the latent electricity in the hardware components which has an effect on their performance over time.
If you don't want to delete the existing games in PS4 console storage, you can download the new game to USB extended storage, or upgrade your PS4 console HDD.
Email is the best way to receive an official response from PlayStation regarding a problem that you're having if you need one for your records or for a lawsuit.

Low disk space is also a culprit in slowing down PS4 performance. Games likely take up the most space, so deleting ones that you're not currently using can give you a big speed boost. Luckily, your game saves will be retained so you can always reinstall and play again without losing any of your progress.
When you delete a game, it usually leaves your saved game files and other game settings on the PS4 in case you later reinstall the game. If you're sure you don't want your game files, you can delete them as well.
If we suspend your account or PlayStation console, you will see an error code when attempting to sign in to PSN. We usually email you explaining why you've been suspended and how long it will last. We send that to the email address associated with your account (your sign-in ID).

The leading cause is the loss of HDD connectivity to the console or faulty/corrupt hard drives. Fix the error by reinitializing PS4 in Safe Mode, reinstalling HDD, formatting the HDD on the PC, or by using other methods shared in this article.
Initialization of your PS4™ system restores system settings to default values. It deletes data saved on system storage and deletes all users and their data from the system. Initialize the system under (Settings) > [Initialization] > [Initialize PS4] > [Full].
